Refund Policy

We at Anamaya Health strive to make all the customers experience an easy and a hassle-free moment. To facilitate this, we will be flexible in canceling and/or rescheduling appointments and providing refunds under certain circumstances, according to the following guidelines:
1. Canceling Weekly Appointments & Re- Time.
The customers can cancel or reschedule their appointments without additional charges in case the changes are made within 6 hours before the intended time.

A fee of 150 may be imposed (deducted out of a refund or charged when rescheduling) in the event of a request made less than 6 hours before the appointment.

The length of time that we extend our policy is 15 days. In the event that 15 days have passed since your appointment we can not provide a refund or reschedule.

2. Cancellations On Anamaya Health Anamaya
Health also reserves the right to make changes to, re-schedule, or cancel the appointment without any prior notice depending on the unavailability of the doctors, diagnostic personnel, or phlebotomists.

In the event that we cancel an appointment, customers may: Cancel any time, write off the charges and reschedule the next time.

3. Refund Eligibility
Only in the following cases will the refunds be issued:

The physician who was booked stops the booking because of unavailability, internet connection, or any other problem on which the physician agrees on refunding.

A receipt or something that demonstrates payment is needed to get your refund request completed.

4. Refund Process
After the request to receive a refund is received by our offices and checked, a notification email will be sent to you stating whether this request has been approved or refused.

Approved, the refund will be made and the credit will automatically be applied to your initial payment channel in 7 business days of approval.

All Standard refunds (not requiring doctor-approval) would be processed within 15 business days of cancellations within which the refund is justified.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

5. Disclaimer

Anamaya Health will not be liable for any inconvenience, delay, or loss caused due to cancellation or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to decline services or refunds at any time, without explanation, if deemed necessary.
